The Marston’s Employees’ Charity Fund has donated twelve brand-new iPads to The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (New Cross Hospital) and The Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust (Queens Hospital), to allow patients being treated with coronavirus to contact their loved ones via video call.

The donation was organised by Colin, a retired Marston’s Brewery maintenance engineer and charity fund committee member. He said: “After hearing a news report about patients being unable to get in touch with family and friends, I wanted to do something practical. I got in touch with the two hospital charities and organised the donation and delivery of the iPads within a week.”

A huge thank you to Colin for organising the donation and to our teammates who regularly support the Marston’s Employees’ Charity Fund.
