Teammates in our Rotisserie pubs went above and beyond for the latest menu launch.

The latest light nights menu for our Rotisserie pubs launched today. The Menu Development Team has worked hard to pack in tender chicken seasoned to perfection, much-loved pub classics and delicious desserts.

So what’s new? We’ve made the menu simpler and added loads of healthy options – from stuffed red peppers, to salmon and black bean fishcakes. And there’s even the option to build your own salad at 500 calories or less!

During the week, you’ll find the £6 legends menu and plenty of special ‘supper club’ offers, including a curry night on a Wednesday and the much-loved steak night on a Friday, there’s something for everyone! 

We’ve also added a selection of signature serve gins to our drinks menu, that we’ve coupled with a useful tasting map to help our customers pick the perfect G&T to suit their taste buds.

The new menu ties in with a brand new strategy for our Rotisserie pub teams. It’s all about mastering brilliant basics, growing covers and putting the wow into the customer experience with weekly events and activities.

To get ready for the new menu, our teammates held their own cook-offs up and down the country. They’re really loving the new dishes! Plus, they pulled out all the stops to decorate the pubs with buntings and balloons.
