We’ve got a long history with Shipyard Brewing Co. It dates all the way back to when Ringwood’s Master Brewer Alan Pugsley moved to America to start his own brewery. Alan learnt to brew under Ringwood’s founding father, Peter Austin, and he’s now considered to be one of the most influential brewers in North American craft brewing.

We’ve been collaborating with Shipyard – America’s 25th largest brewery – since 2007 and launched the first permanent beer, Shipyard American Pale Ale, in 2013. There are now three Shipyard brews available across the UK: Shipyard American IPA, Shipyard American Pale Ale and Shipyard Rye, all hand-crafted at Banks’s Brewery in Wolverhampton.

Shipyard’s new website launched this week – check out the fresh design featuring its sunken ships beer archive, perfect food and beer pairings, and an interactive stockists’ map.

The brand new site was quickly followed by The Maine Event – a campaign that gives you the chance to win a trip to Portland, the home of Shipyard Brewing Co. The comp’s being promoted on the new website, through 700 trade POS kits, 400,000 promotional 500ml bottle back labels and 100,000 neck collars. Just type your details in to enter (there are instant prizes to be won, too!).

On top of all this, you can also get involved with the brand’s latest social media campaign – Our Ship. #YourYard.
