Our snow heroes
Our Logistics teammates didn’t let the snow and high-speed winds drag them down! They battled the elements and did everything they could to reach customers.

Only 60 accounts (out of a huge 9,500!) proved too hard to reach. A huge thanks to everyone who braved the worst weather to put our customers first. Here are a few very special stories…
Exeter
Teammates at our Exeter depot walked for four hours in the snow to get to work. On top of this, they made sure ALL the deliveries went out. What troopers!
Jamie Black and Josh Coffee worked hard to clear the yard of snow, so the trunk could get in for a trailer swap!
Ringwood
BIG thanks and congrats to Distribution Operatives Darren Bailey and Neil Burr, who rescued a lady and her child after they got stuck in the New Forest.
Blackburn
Peter Chesterton, David White and Andrew Fletcher all braved the snow, and got stuck overnight on the M62 in freezing conditions, trying to reach our customers. A huge thanks for doing your best to keep things going!
Minehead
Whilst on route to Minehead, Andy Stuart was quick to help an elderly couple who had veered off the road into a pile of snow. HUGE thanks for stopping and digging them out!
Taunton
Daniel O’Riordan cleared and salted the pavements to make sure residents could pass safely. Well done Dan!
Bedford
The ‘beast from the east’ didn’t stop David Claxton and George Saunders, who successfully delivered to a very snowy Mundesley Golf Club.
Well done guys, you braved freezing conditions to put our customers first and we’d be lost without you 🙂
