CICMQ accreditation for Beer Company

Our Credit and Loans team has been awarded a CICMQ accreditation and is now part of a best practice network, leading the way for other companies.

With hard work and determination, Paul Bramley, Senior Credit Control and Loans Manager, and his team have successfully created a credit and loans system that’s ‘one way of working for all’, bringing the whole team together towards a common goal. And they’ve received an accreditation for their efforts.

The quality accreditation is delivered by The Chartered Institute of Credit Management. To receive the award, the team went through a tough assessment process that examined the quality, development and continuous improvement of the credit function.

Paul went to the Institute with a submission in 2016 with a vision to be the best service team around. The Credit and Loans team deals with around 4,500 customers, opening accounts, compiling credit reports, organising payment terms and collecting payments from National Take-Home. It took 18 months to complete and the award was presented at Marston’s House on 26 September by Larry Coltman FCICM Vice President.

Our team is now part of a best practice network, leading the way for other companies. Paul added: “There is a lot of kudos associated with the accreditation and it’s great to be recognised for our best practice.”
