In the same way we ask our customers for feedback, we care about what you think and feel about working at Marston’s. If you feel valued and listened to, you’ll feel good at work – and, if you feel good, your teammates and customers will too!

2. We want to find out how we’ve been getting on

The survey is an ongoing cycle of sharing our feedback to help shape Marston’s future. It’s only by sharing our opinions and reviewing the areas to celebrate or work on that we’ll continue to make Marston’s ‘The Place to Be’. But we can only make a difference if we know what’s working well and what isn’t. That’s why this year’s survey is a temperature check, to review the progress we’ve all made since 2016 and see if we need to adjust our focus.

3. Your feedback is 100% anonymous

We’re working with an independent specialist (Korn Ferry Hay Group) to manage the survey on our behalf. This means you can’t be identified from your responses and Marston’s just sees the final reports and trends, so you can be as honest as you like — good or bad, we want to know what you think, so we can make a difference!
