Top of the ops!

We’ve snapped up an ‘Operator of the Year’ prize at the FEJ awards, which recognises back of house innovation.

Marston’s picked up the award in the ‘Multi-Site Kitchen Projects’ category, in recognition of our Facilities team’s awesome efforts to improve our kitchens and make them more sustainable.

The team was recognised for designing and developing kitchens that use energy efficient catering equipment, and reducing fridge to table times. Andy, Head of Group Facilities and Projects, collected the prize at an even in Birmingham last night.

He said: “This is an unexpected win, but it has recognised our major focus on sustainability. We are really proud of our achievements!”

A massive well done to our Facilities teammates for their efforts!
