Staying connected

Click here for information on staying in touch…

It’s important to stay in touch and regularly check the communications we’re sending out, even if you’ve been furloughed. We may need to give you important information or instructions to follow, so you need to remain contactable.

We send regular updates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and we’d ask that you log-on at least once a week to view these emails. Unless you’ve been asked to provide us with a different email address, these updates are sent to your Marston’s account (firstname.surname@marstons.co.uk).

Please see below a reminder of what we’re sending and when…

DayWhat comms will I receive?
MondaysYou’ll receive an email from us highlighting good news, top tips and things to keep you motivated.
WednesdaysWe’ll be doing a deep dive into specific topics and sharing relevant support guides and resources to help you.
FridaysTo finish each week, we’ll be updating and re-issuing the Q&A documents. Plus, we’ll be sharing any updated and important advice from the government.

If you’re not using your work device/ laptop as much at the moment, it would be a good idea to make a note of your password and store it in a safe place, so you don’t forget it. Remember, you won’t be prompted to change your password when logging in, so you can keep using the same one.

If you can’t remember your password to log in, you need to contact the IT Service Desk. You’ll then be advised to travel to a place of work with a local area network (LAN) connection (such as a brewery, depot or Marston’s House), in order for your password to be reset.

This is not ideal given the current lockdown, so we’d ask you to be vigilant and avoid travelling unless absolutely necessary. Please make a note of your password now and keep it somewhere safe to avoid this non-essential travel.

We’d appreciate your help in sharing this with your wider teams. We’ve put together a post that you can use in closed team Facebook and WhatsApp groups. Simply copy and paste the text below…
