Mix it up

We’re spicing up our soft drinks this festive season to meet the growing alcohol-free trend. Here’s how we’re setting taste buds tingling with our mocktails and no-alcohol beers.

You might have heard CEO Ralph mention the growing trend for no-alcohol and low-sugar options in our recent financial results. In our wet-led pubs, we saw 182% growth in low and non-alcohol beers and 65% growth in low-sugar soft drinks – that’s huge!

It’s a huge trend that’s set to stay (check out more research here) and we’ve got just the thing to tickle those taste buds over the festive season…

Mocktails – all the elegance and flavour, but alcohol free!

  • Virgin Cosmo – a blend of cranberry juice and lime with sparkling ginger ale
  • Virgin Mary – Big Tom Spiced Tomato juice with a secret mix of spices, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, served over long ice

Soft drinks – delicious, sparkling drinks with bags of flavour!

  • J20 Glitter Berrya festive blend of grape, cherry and winter spices, infused with edible gold glitter (we sold 81,000 bottles last year!)
  • Frobisher’s Bumbleberry – a scrumptious blend of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant (tip: it’s great over ice or served long with soda)
  • Firefly Peach and Green Tea – a perfect, peachy pick-me-up, positively enlivened with green teaand kola nut

Alcohol-free beers – all of the taste but none of the booze!

  • Warsteiner Fresh – a German brewed lager with the alcohol removed at the end of the process, leaving just the full fresh flavour.
  • Erdinger Alkoholfrei – a beer brewed under the strict Bavarian Purity Law, which means it is made from only high quality, natural ingredients.
