The happiest place in Manchester

The Foundry Project in Manchester is the third of its kind to join our Revere family.

Known as the happiest place in Manchester, The Foundry Project opened in the famous Northern Quarter last week. Housed in the historic Old Smithfield Market, the venue has undergone a huge transformation.

Spread over two floors, the design is inspired by Manchester’s industrious past with exposed beams and polished concrete. Inside you’ll find textures and colours, from leather booths and neon light signage, to copper ceiling features and coloured tiles.

The bar features the UK’s first Estrella beer tank and will serve delicious cocktails, craft beer and Caravan coffee. On the menu, you’ll find the house speciality burgers, as well as sourdough pizzas and grazing platters. The Foundry’s famous for mid-morning brunches, late night cocktails and live music till the early hours!

The team kicked things off with a special launch event featuring Back Chat Brass and local musician Rachel Lasham. Plus, they’ve announced a special charity partnership with Forever Manchester to help fund community groups around Greater Manchester. Guests can enjoy the delicious Beer and Onion Burger and the gorgeous Spiced Lamb and Aubergine Pizza and 50p will go directly to the charity.

Check out the Facebook page for the latest events, including legendary pub quizzes hosted by local drag queens and a weekend soundtrack from local DJs.

It’s the perfect place to unwind, lounge, laugh and dance 🙂 Why not check it out and let us know what you think in the comments below?!
