We launched our brand new Rotisserie menu earlier this week and our teammates went above and beyond to celebrate!

The latest Dark Nights menu for our Rotisserie sites launched on 17 October. The Menu Development Team has worked hard to pack in much-loved classics, healthy alternatives and lots of choice.

It’s crammed full with juicy burgers and tender chicken seasoned to perfection and rotated slowly in our bespoke grills. Plus, loads of new specials, including the Katsu Chicken Burger (the brainchild of Dan, Head Chef at The Old Spring Well) and a Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Risotto (created by Faye at Pen Y Bont Farm in Mold).

There’s even a brand new gin created by teammates at The Bure Farm, Bicester. The Maharaja is an exceptional gin with the perfect blend of citrus and spice – it’s a beautifully refreshing drink.

Our teammates pulled out all the stops for the launch with balloons, banners and a special 50% off voucher for customers.
