Sacred Orchard flourishes

Since opening its doors, the team’s received top reviews from customers and has even planted a brand new orchard onsite.

The energetic team at the Sacred Orchard has had some fun with its name since opening in early February. They’ve even started their very own orchard in their grounds! With 35 English apple trees planned in total, they’ve been encouraging customers to join them in planting a tree, and are hoping for a Green Apple environmental award along the way.

Continuing the eco- theme, at least one customer has been attracted to the Rotisserie pub because of its free electric car recharging point, commenting on Facebook: “We used the electric charge point today whilst recharging ourselves with half a rotisserie chicken and pudding each for lunch. Excellent food and service, we will be back for more! Found you due to the charge point – popped out for a visit from Winsford.”

And not forgetting the ‘sacred’ element too, the pub put this ancient blessing on its Facebook page:

“Lord, this creature beer, which thou hast deigned to produce from the fat of grain: that it may be a salutary remedy to the human race, and grant through the invocation of thy holy name; that, whoever shall drink it, may gain health in body and peace in soul. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.”

Well done to the great spirit of the team, led by Paul and Justine Brady. Check out more at http://www.sacredorchardnantwich.co.uk/.
