New premium sites on their way

The Foundry Project and two more Lost & Found sites are set to delight customers this summer as part of our extension to the Revere family.

This summer sees the launch and expansion of our premium division, Revere, with the launch of a new brand, plus two more premium bars on their way under the Lost & Found umbrella.

The Foundry Project opened Foundry 39 on Edinburgh’s Queensferry Street in July. A second site is to follow later in the year too. Foundry Project offers artisan products with a focus on innovative cocktails, craft beers, specialty coffee, sourdough pizzas, and flavoursome burgers. The new sites will have a factory aesthetic, with industrial-inspired wall décor, featuring distressed timber and aged metal cladding.

Following the success of The Lost & Found in Birmingham, a new site will open on Greek Street in Leeds this month, followed by another in Knutsford in September. Both sites are set across two floors with the design based on a Victorian botanical hideaway. The drinks menu revives classic cocktails from the past, with in-house infused spirits and bitters served alongside sourdough pizzas and Josper steaks.

Colin Sadler, MD – Premium Pubs & Bars, said: “We are in discussions on further locations. The year 2016/2017 will be transformational for Revere.”

Look out for more info over the next few months – and why not pop by the new sites to check them out for yourself?!
